SAMEDI
The morning paper had a poll asking the French if they wanted the strikes to end, 56% said yes.
After breakfast, I walked up l'Avenue des Champs-Élysées to l'Arc de Triomphe with Art and Coleen.
Flowers that once laid under l'Arc de Triomphe.
Les Tuillières
Le Louvre
The museum security guy busy texting.
Art and Coleen walking in the rain.
Notre-Dame de Paris
It was amazing to explore a bit of Paris with Art and Coleen. We parted ways, as they headed off to the airport and I met up with Becky.

The square in front of Notre-Dame (where Becky and I met up with Patrick, un Montluçonnais)

Just as it started raining buckets a protest started near le Concorde in Paris.
The rain and wind picked up and...we ran into an art exhibition along the Champs-Élysées to take shelter
Had pannis for dinner.
