1 novembre 2010 - Day 9: Last full day of camp

LUNDI

 Tennis with English vocabulary.

This was the last evening in the castle. The kids put on a talent show consisting of various sketches they had learned during the course of the camp.

 I taught the kids to act out the story of the enormous carrot.

 Becky prepared a puppet show and dance with some of the kids.

All the Vacances à l'Anglaise kids sang a couple songs they learned.

As usual, we (the counselors) were up until 2 or 3am having our nightly meeting, though tonight there were added things to do to get ready for tomorrow's departure. All the kids' suitcases were placed in the activity room and checked off.
